What Should I bring to the workout?-Towel for sweat -Water for hydration -Flat heel athletic shoes -Breathable clothing
What Type of Equipment will I use?We utilize your own bodyweight, paired up with TRX, Sandbags, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands and MedBalls to help you achieve total body fitness!
