  • What Are Your Hours?
    Our Training Sessions are Monday Through Friday: 5am - 6am - 8:15am & 4:30pm - 5:30pm
  • How do I register for a workout?
    If you are not a current member, book your first free class here: Members may view the class schedule and register for classes here:
  • What Should I bring to the workout?
    -Towel for sweat -Water for hydration -Flat heel athletic shoes -Breathable clothing
  • What Type of Equipment will I use?
    We utilize your own bodyweight, paired up with TRX, Sandbags, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands and MedBalls to help you achieve total body fitness!
